During our kickoff call, we'll go over your past successes and failures, review your complete marketing setup, and set short and long term goals.

First, we'll learn everything about your Brand and products. Then, we'll evaluate relevant search results and check out your competitors for ideas and opportunities. Once we're confident in our research, we'll come to you with our plan.
Technical setup
After kickoff, we'll connect (or create) your Google Ads account and review your technical setup including Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc to ensure that conversions are being tracked correctly.

Our methodology
We built our framework for success on testing. When we discovered the Lean Method back in the early 2000s, we quickly adopted a 'build, measure, learn' process as the foundation for scaling. Our program allows us to continually advance based on data as well as deliver actionable insights to our partner Brands. At any given time, 10-20% of ad spend should be allocated to testing in order to find new 'winners' and expand reach. Testing is also necessary in order to take advantage of Google platform updates.
Segmentation is a fundamental principle of designing and optimizing Google Shopping Ads. Grouping products and creating breakout campaigns allows us to maximize ROAS by hyper targeting search traffic. Most DIYers, in-house teams, and agencies don't do this effectively, or at all.
We leverage "signals" to juice Performance Max (PMax) campaigns and jumpstart the AI/ML training process. While Google cautions that new PMax campaigns may take months to collect enough data to start working, we can often make them profitable in a few weeks.
Optimizing bid models is another critical aspect of managing profitable Google Ads campaigns. For example, maximizing for conversions or target ROAS can deliver unexpected results if you don't know how they actually work. As your account matures, we'll look to implement the appropriate bid models based on data.
